Cancellation Policy
Nails by Emily requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. All clients are required to have a valid card on file to secure their appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize Nails by Emily to charge your card on file for any applicable fees.
